Nicole Millich

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Nicole Millich is a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry. She has extensive experience providing developmentally appropriate, evidence-based mental health care for young patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and autism spectrum conditions.

She is known for her warm, collaborative approach that helps children, teens, and their families feel supported and empowered throughout the treatment process. Her clinical background spans outpatient, school-based, and telehealth settings, and she is skilled in diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

Nicole began her nursing career in Naples, Florida in 2012, where she developed a strong foundation in collaborative, patient-centered care. After earning her Primary Care Nurse Practitioner degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2017, she pursued advanced training in psychiatric-mental health at the University of Florida.

A passionate advocate for pediatric mental health, Nicole has been recognized with multiple honors, including Outstanding Preceptor Recognition and the Exemplary Patient Care Award—reflecting her dedication to both clinical excellence and mentorship. She holds active licensure and DEA registration in multiple states and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, kayaking, playing pickleball, and making memories with her spouse and their twin daughters.

Nicole's goal is to create a safe, engaging space where young people can heal, grow, and thrive—with treatment plans as unique as the children themselves.

Nicole will be focusing on our Naples office.
